We design and implement applications that run on top of our peer-to-peer platform.
For this position, alongside with developing on the platform, work will include project management, strategy thinking, operations, recruitment. You will be taking ownership of entire organs of our organisation, and you will need to be versatile enough to possibly take the role of a product manager, lead developer, R&D director or business strategist. Among the perks is the fact that the work is significantly more demanding intellectually than what is being done in similar organisations. The rewards are also comparatively higher.
Work can be done in part remotely, however you will likely need to be located in a european time zone, where most of our developers are located.
We pay market value for this position which is circa 100k€/y. Compensation scheme additionally includes primary shares and a bonus scheme directly indexed on the performance of our products.

We are currently recruiting for an Operations Executive to join our company. The role is based in London, Canary Wharf. However, there is also opportunity to work off-site once you are comfortable with the work requirements. The Operations Executive will have background in project management and operations with proven experience in managing a team and have the ability to drive projects from start to completion.
You will be responsible to oversee the overall operations of the company ensuring efficiency and clear communication is maintained. You will hold daily conference meeting with all the team members and go through the weekly workflow and update reports and spreadsheets. You will be responsible for managing products, validating and testing the completed work and to ensure the highest quality is achieved. You will also have the opportunity to work on the marketing operations.

As a software engineer, you will be working on anything software related. You will need to have a certain amount of experience designing and implementing software solutions. The work is difficult and challenging but also comes with its rewards. You won't need to work long hours, however there is the potential for the work to be highly stressful depending on the individual, so this is not a position for the faint hearted.

You will also work as the lead engineer on the port of our platform to other hardware platforms and operating systems. It goes without saying that this type of work requires a certain level of passion for the field.
